Kawhi Leonard trade to Toronto is finalized
Two and a half months after agreeing to terms on June 30, the Raptors and Clippers completed the trade bringing Kawhi Leonard back to Toronto, once the NBA's salary-cap investigation into the Clippers and Leonard concluded. Toronto sent Brandon Ingram, Gradey Dick, first-round picks in 2031 and 2033, second-round picks in 2030 and 2033, and the right to swap 2027 firsts. Leonard waived his 15% trade kicker. It is his second Raptors stint, eight years after the 2018 trade that led to the franchise's only championship.
